 Our office provides care for acute reasons. Those reasons may include any of the following:

• chest pain (always triaged in case you need to go straight to the ER)

 Our office treats many chronic conditions such as:

Providers at Restore Health Family Practice are able to prescribe medications to help manage these (and other) diseases, and  help educate patients on self care and lifestyle changes.

Complete Physical Exams-provide baseline data on an individual’s health through the acquisition of vital statistics and complete blood analysis. The exams give a more specific look at a person’s health status and can better identify immediate threats to their well-being or elevated risks for chronic diseases. 

Female wellness exams - May include a complete physical and a yearly check-up where providers review a woman’s sexual and reproductive health. This exam is not just for women looking to conceive; while the exam focuses on the reproductive system, a well woman visit is an essential care method that allows providers to check for various illnesses of the reproductive system, from benign and painful growths to serious and malignant cancers. 

Male wellness exams-    The goals of the adult well male examination are to provide evidence-based guidance toward the promotion of optimal health and well-being, to prevent premature morbidity and mortality

Well child check:
Below are the descriptions of some things that may occur during wellness visits, by age.

Please Note: Any illness, current symptoms or ongoing conditions will need to be discussed at another visit.

Well child check infant -2 years old- Timeline of Newborn Well Child Checks: 2 weeks from birth, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months (hearing and development test), 12 months, 15 months, 18 months and finally 24 months.

Well child check under 13 years old-  This is a yearly exam for children which may include shots. This is very important to have done even if your child is healthy. This visit requires parental presence. A brief history reviewing any medical problems from your child or family will be done. A physical exam will also occur, looking for problems with ears, throat, heart, organs, hernias, etc. Health maintenance/ education will also be done to ensure your child lives a long, healthy life. 

Well child check 13-17 years old-  This is a yearly exam for children which may include shots. This is very important to have done even if your child is healthy. This visit requires parental presence for most of the visit. A brief history reviewing any medical problems from your child or family will be done. A physical exam will also occur, looking for problems with ears, throat, heart, organs, hernias, etc. Health maintenance/ education will also be done, to include drugs, alcohol and sexuality issues. During this part, it is up to the parent if they wish to be present.
