Team Bios
Aleathia Ware, FNP-BC
Aleathia C. Ware, FNP-BC earned her Master's Degree at University of Colorado @ Colorado Springs in 2008. She has practice in pediatrics, geriatrics and family practice.
She manages our team and makes sure all our backgrounds work together to help support your health goals. Â She believes that everyone deserves quality healthcare and that is what she expects from the team. Â She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team she supports.
Her passions are gardening, cooking, listening to live music (jazz) and spending quality time with her close family and friends.
Rob Jensen, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Rob Jensen is a Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Family medicine and Psychiatry/Mental Health. His passion is pediatrics, developmental, and behavioral health. However, he also loves caring for patients of all ages. He started his career in healthcare working as a certified nursing assistant (CNA), phlebotomist, and wheelchair driver (transport) in a rural community hospital in southern Ohio. Since those early days in health care Rob has worked in multiple facilities as a CNA, registered nurse, and licensed nurse practitioner. He attended Wright State University, in Dayton Ohio, for registered nursing, Colorado State University - Pueblo for Family and Adult nurse practitioner degrees, and University of Cincinnati for Psychiatry across the lifespan. Rob lives in Colorado Springs with his wife and 4 kids. He enjoys sports, outdoor activities, reading, and exercising.
Dr. Nicole McKinney
Dr. Nicole McKinney had been taking care of patients as a general pediatrician in Colorado Springs since 2013. She completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital Colorado in 2009 and completed her Pediatric Hematology Oncology Fellowship at Emory University in 2012. She brings the unique perspective of being a special needs parent as well as a general pediatrician to the practice. In her free time she enjoys supporting her son participating in adaptive sports in Colorado and is an avid road cyclist and traveler.
Dr. Christine Bong
Dr. Bong has been practicing in Colorado Springs since 2009. She trained at the Medical College of Virginia, in Richmond, graduating in 2004 with her MD, and completed her internship and residency training in Pediatrics, at MUSC in Charleston, SC, in 2009. Her clinical interests included: asthma, allergy, learning difficulties, developmental and congenital disorders, and normal growth and development. Her overall philosophy is one of working as a team, with families, to optimize the growth and development of their child(ren), while educating and supporting the family. In her free time, Dr. Bong enjoys gardening, hiking, tennis, and spending time with her family.
